Attribute across ticket fields
Currently I have a report that has multiple ticket fields selected. The issue is the report is very large and not email friendly. My question is, can I create a group or set to clean this up?
Example below: Instead of having instead of having Model 1-6 as their own column, can I create a custom group called Model # that will be one column, but provide data for all 6 Models?
