    Hello Tejas,

In order to do this, you'll need to create a standard calculated attribute. You'll want to create a Standard calculated metric with a formula such as:

    IF VALUE([Call - Minute]) < 16 THEN "0-15"
    ELIF VALUE([Call - Minute]) < 31 THEN "16-30"
    ELIF VALUE([Call - Minute]) < 46 THEN "31-45"
    ELSE "45-59"
    ENDIF

    Hi Hannah,

Thank you for your response, I tried that but I get below error:

"The set of calculations Calculated member named 'group_call_min-f8fb47abfc' references '[timeDimension' which is unknown as measure. isn’t valid. Adjust the calculation and try again. (Error code: dc194e85)"

Could you please assist with this?

    Regards,

    Hello Tejas,

My apologies, I used the wrong function for allowing the formula engine to read [Call - Minute] as a number. You'll want to use the same formula, but with "NUMBER" instead of "VALUE."

    IF NUMBER([Call - Minute]) < 16 THEN "0-15"
    ELIF NUMBER([Call - Minute]) < 31 THEN "16-30"
    ELIF NUMBER([Call - Minute]) < 46 THEN "31-45"
    ELSE "45-59"
    ENDIF

I have tested this formula and it works as expected. Again, I'm sorry for the inconvenience that the incorrect formula above caused.

Hi, Hannah Meier ,Thank you very much for this function. As an alternative, I was using pivot on RAW data, but this function helped me a lot.

    Thanks Again. :)
