Trigger an email to agent if they submit a ticket with a blank custom field?

    You need the following conditions added:

    Current user is (agent).

    Also try to change the custom field value from "not present" to "-" (NULL)


    If this dosn't work check the app Required Fields. The Required fields fapp makes it possible for you to, quite simply, make the fields, that are required when solving a ticket, required when an agent creates or edits a ticket.
