    Hey Phil,

I reached out to one of our Explore experts and there's no way to see the total number of solved tickets in the answer-bot dataset. That being said, you can create a trigger that will automatically tag tickets solved by answer-bot. I was able to track down a trigger recipe here: Tagging solved tickets

You can then create an Explore query for any tickets that contain that tag added by the trigger you've set up.

    I hope this helps!

    Hey Phil,

I wasn't able to track down a way to see what keywords trigger the suggestions. The closest I could find is Top ten articles for Answer Bot resolutions

Let me know if there's anything else I can help with :)

    Hey Phil,

Did you have any luck finding a resolution for this question? I've reached out internally to see if this is possible with Explore.

I'll be sure to follow-up once I find out more information for you.

    Cheers!

It would also be great if I had a way to view conversations that have occurred in the web widget just so I can see what is being actually searched for in relation to the articles shown?

Perfect, that helps enormously! Thanks Brett.

Regarding the second point, I'd also like to see what keywords triggered the suggestions by the bot, can this be done?

Thanks for your help, much appreciated....

Yep I found that too. Still I'll set that tagging up as I think that will really help....
