    Hey Jason,

    It looks like you've yet to receive a response related to your Guide customization question. 

    While we at Zendesk are rather limited on what we can assist with on our end, we do have some great documentation that may help point you toward the desired solution you're looking for. 

    If you don't have the necessary resources available to assist with customizing your Help Center, we do have a Professional Services team that can assist at an additional cost. This is something you'll want to discuss with your account manager so if you're interested, I'm happy to get you in touch if needed.

    Hi Brett,

         You are correct, I have yet to get a response or figure it out on my own. The team on the forums does an admirable job trying to respond to all the various types of requests that you get on here, so thumbs up for that. Thank you for the links to the various customization guides. I have looked through those, but I didn't see anything pertaining to defaulting the search. I guess the other question I should have added to my original post was - What is the best way to get the organization name into the "my activities table'?

    Hey Jason,

    Natively the My Activities page can only show one organization at a time. If you'd like to show all tickets for all organizations the user belongs to, this would require custom code which isn't something I'm able to assist with on my end. The best I can do is provide some documentation that may point you in the right direction.

    Hopefully, others can jump in on this post and provide further guidance.

    Thanks for the fast response. I assumed that it would be some custom code, so that is not surprising at all. I will continue to plug away and try things until I find something that sticks.
