  Just a quick update on this thread as we are aware of another issue with the Bot where updates to tickets aren't being sent back to Discord.

  We've just deployed a fix and the Bot should be back up and running again. Please let us know if you encounter any issues.

  Thank you so much for the information. I was not aware about it but as i read this then i come to know about it. It's really helpful. I was upset before this but now i am aware of it and i am now waiting for it to work okay. let's wait and see what will happen. Thanks alot for the information.
