    BOT is offline again, or is it only us ? bad when we just launched support via Discord on friday :O as a want to reach customer staying home in this corona times :(

    Just a quick update on this thread as we are aware of another issue with the Bot where updates to tickets aren't being sent back to Discord.

    We've just deployed a fix and the Bot should be back up and running again. Please let us know if you encounter any issues.
