Is there a way that Cold/Blind Transfer? This is a real issue for our company as we transfer to external companies frequently.
With the inability to Cold transfer our agents are having to spend a long time on the phone waiting for the external company to answer therefore wasting agent time. Also this has a big call cost implications and the biggest issue is that the call carries on recording the conversation even after transferring and this has large GDPR risks as we are recording conversations between 2 customers.
Can a Cold transfer option please be uploaded. I have seen a few posts mentioning this, but it really needs to be added.
