Agent Online and Invisible Duration - Explore
RespondidaHi in Insights there were two metrics which were "Invisible Duration" and "Online Duration". These were in the data set "Chat Agent Activity". Is there a way to report these two metrics in Explore, please?

Session-based metrics are not available in Explore at this time, however, our Explore team is looking into adding additional Chat/Talk metrics available in the future.
