Distinguish Website Chats from Help Center ones

we're currently using Zendesk Chat both in the website and in the Help Center ; we're wondering if there's a way to distinguish website chats from help center ones by any chance.

Hey Michele,
What you could do is create a Chat trigger that looks at the visitor page URL and then Tag the chat session based on that URL. You can find a full list of Chat triggers conditions here: Zendesk Chat triggers conditions and actions reference
