    Hi Jack Harrison-Sherlock,

This looks amazing. Thanks for sharing it the community. I'm sure it'll help a lot of other users.

I'm wondering if we can give it a better title for search? I think it would help a lot if we include what the tool does (bulk delete and export of....) in the title. Would you be up for updating the title?

We can promote this tool in our documentation too in the right places.

    Thanks so much!

    Hey,

Devan, thanks so much for sharing it in the newsletter!

Jennifer, sure thing! Do you have any suggestions? Quite difficult to easily include what the tool does as it does so much! Zendesk CLI - Bulk Export/Delete Tool?

Yes, it is hard to say what it does--that's why I stopped short with my recommendation above. :)

I think you're right, that the best we can do is say it's a bulk export/delete tool. I like your suggestion.

Thanks for updating the title. I think that will help the search a lot.

Jack Harrison-Sherlock this looks like a great tool! Once you had bulk exported your data, how did you bulk import it into your rebuilt instance?

Hey Karen D Snyder, we primarily used this tool for analysis to figure out what we had in our account. The rebuild was in essence a big clean up, so the majority of entities we were looking for were ones we were deleting/identify what we needed to rebuild.

Jack Harrison-Sherlock your installation instructions seem more oriented to Macs than PCs . I see at https://brew.sh/2019/02/02/homebrew-2.0.0/ that Homebrew does support Windows 10 with Windows Subsystem for Linux, which I am not that familiar with. Is there any other way to install this tool on a PC other than using Homebrew?

Hey Karen D Snyder, apologies I only work with Mac so not entirely sure how to port this over to Windows. You can find the compiled binary file on the Github repo releases which you may be able to install on a Windows machine?
