I created a trigger condition: when ticket was created, it will send email notification to a requester (end-user).
When Light agent created ticket and used placeholder ticket.title in both subject and description but it doesn't show in email (in ticket description, the subject exists) . But If full agent created ticket like this case, ticket subject is showed.
I would like to know the solution to show the ticket subject email if light agent created ticket and if cannot do that I want to know reason why. (My customer want to know.)
