Send text during call
We have a lot of customers contacting us via Zendesk Talk with support questions, and often we end up sending an e-mail with guides so the customer can try to solve the issue themselves. Is it possible to send out a text message while still on call with the customer?
If possible, could this be done by a macro with predefined content?
We have looked into the proactive text-trigger, however we've been unable to make this work while on call with a customer.

Are you updating the ticket while on the call? In order for a trigger to fire and the notification to go out, you would have to post an update to the ticket. A macro would be a great option for this because it could apply a tag similar to the trigger for the proactive text trigger.
