    I think seeing real time changes on content would be amazing in this context, if Zendesk were to do this I would love to see it expand as an evolution to their Agent collision feature that exists in Support. 

    Speaking of agent collision, Zendesk uses this feature to help us understand when another editor is working on a ticket.  It would be awesome if they were able to lift that feature and put it on article editing to help minimize the sorts of conflicts you mention.

    +1 for real time editing views as an end goal, but I can see complications where it would be tough to capture updates from external systems that sync content into the knowledge base and API updates.  However, it could still let you know that there was an update that happened before you save your edits.  And for teams that only use the Zendesk Guide editor, real time editing would be awesome.
