    When making changes to your account as you described, you will need to reach out to your account rep so they can work with you on adjusting your current plan.

    Is is a bug ?

    Do I need to contact the support for doing something as simple as changing my plan ?

    Can someone explain what is the expected behavior when downgrading ?

    Hi Yaroslav,

    Yes, to downgrade your account you will need to work with a Customer Advocate. Chat is the most efficient way to do this, here's information on how to start a chat with Zendesk Support.
