    Hi Alex,

    Looking at your website code, the Web Widget is embedded twice:

    You may want to check if you installed the app in Shopify multiple times or you embedded the code twice on your site. There is no problem with your account or the widget (tested on a blank page), so its due to how you have embedded it on your website.

    Hey Ramin, 

    Thanks, that's useful to know. 

    I only have Zendesk Chat downloaded once on my Shopify. Which part of that code you've screenshot do I need to remove to take the duplicated code off?

    Do you have the Zendesk Chat and Zendesk Support app installed? As the code could be generated by the apps installed or the theme code, you are best to look for references or uninstall the app and see if one of them disappears.
