I have a few questions when operating in Zendesk support. I have looked through various end user posts and have not found the answers I'm looking for.
Q1: is there a way to export a list of end-users including all their profile details?
Q2: can end-users be split once merged?
Q3: what is the hierarchy/reasoning to determine end-users multiple phone numbers?
Q4: how to CC an end-users additional email address when under the same profile?
