    Anton Mintsev thank you for taking the time to reach out on this, really appreciated!

    However while ticket updates set does allow for event based reporting (on changes to satisfaction rating), ultimately what we are looking for is event based filtering on the actual satisfaction score (rather than if updates made to score).
