While Zendesk does provide a WYSIWYG editor for Guide articles, I'd love to see it be a true WYSIWYG editor, in the sense that it pulls styling information from the selected theme into the editor.
For example, if I change the Heading fonts in my theme to something other than System, when using a heading in the article editor, the font should match.
Of course, this would extend to other elements available in the editor, such as the code block, images, lists, tables, and links. As well as their attributes, such as colors, font sizes, and spacing.
This would give those using the editor a much better feel for how their article will look when published to their knowledge base.
