when the waiting time has expired without getting connected to a agent, a different individual voice message is needed.
I could say: "Unfortunately, you are calling outside of our hours of business. You can reach us on weekdays from 6am to 8pm. We are looking forward to your call again. Thank you."
But repeating the standard voicemail message will not inform the user that the call will end now.
This needs to have an individual message (NEd call voicemail on/End call voicemail off).
