One of my users is experiencing dropped call issues with ZD Talk when placing callers on hold or mute.The dropped calls occur every time this user places a call on hold or mute. We have attempted restarting her computer, utilizing incognito mode, using FireFox (user currently utilizes Chrome), clearing the browser cache, running the Twilio troubleshooter (no issues found) and the issue persists. The issue is isolated to one user and it is consistent.
Has anyone else run into this and if so, what was the resolution? Thanks.
