No "Call Recording" Tab in the Voice and Text settings for two members of my team

    Hi Kian Quinlan,

    The ability for agents to choose if a call will be recorded or not is included as a feature for Talk Professional or Enterprise. Kindly check if you fall under these types of plans to confirm.

    If this is not what you are talking about. I'd recommend raising a ticket with our Support team to take a closer look into this on your behalf. :)
