    You can definitely specify specific tags when doing an API call: https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/support/tags

    However you are referencing tags in the documentation. Are you referring to labels? If so, this document might be more helpful: https://developer.zendesk.com/rest_api/docs/help_center/labels

    Hi Ben, thank you so much!  Is the up and down arrow meant to say if the post was helpful or not?  Or is it to indicate if you need further assistance, they aren't very clear.

     

    What we are trying to do with the API calls and documentation tagging is bring articles into Salesforce using a feature called, Speckit (I think that is what it's called).  What ever it is called, it is a tool that uses API calls and tagging to embed documentation into objects in salesforce.
