How to make agent online when they log in Support?
RespondidaThere is a way to log in in chat when zendesk load,
but no possibility to make agent online automaticaly?
How can I make sure agent are online when they works?

At the moment there is no hard status change of agent possible.
We solved this by turning on opening hours, this creates a warning asking them to go online once an agent logs in
