    I have tried to use Dcount, but still same as before

    based on your point of view, is there anything wrong with my obsulute tag? becuase i think it causes one ticket id can be counted more than once

    Is that column you are showing actually just the Ticket ID for your data - so it's showing the actual ticket ID?  Ticket # 1399?  The metric header is usually something like "Tickets".   I ask because your "Time Spent" column is also the same, so it almost looks like you have a list of individual tags in a single ticket - each row is for the same ticket.

    Actually there are others ticket not only ticket #1399, like in the screenshot below.

     

    When i look at the result in the query, the amount of ticket in that month is right, but when i export as csv the result like in the screenshoot. there is double counting for one ticket id.

     

    would you mind to help me to make every ticket id can be counted once only?

    There is an issue where data exports different to Excel: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/community/posts/360029583293-Excel-exported-is-not-in-the-same-format-in-Explore

    Sounds like that might be what your issue is if you are seeing the data differently in Excel and Explore.  There isn't a fix right now - you just have to re-pivot your data in Excel to get what is in Explore.

    Does this sound like the issue you are seeing?

    after re checking my data, i think the problem that i am facing right now is different with the problem you informed.

     

    its confusing alot because in the other chat, the data which is exported is normal. like the data below

    I would advise opening a ticket with Zendesk support or chat and getting some more personalized help with this issue.
