I am trying to make sure I have the right package installed in SF. Currently I have both, Zendesk for Salesforce (which I think is the one that is going away) and Salesforce Integration for Zendesk V2. I have tickets coming from ZD into SF in cases, I am having an issue getting 3 new fields to come over into the case object, but the cases are coming in and connecting. I also still have the zendesk tickets coming into the custom object (Zendesk Support Tickets). I am guessing I need to uninstall one of the packages in SF, but I am hessitant until I am sure I have it working.
The second issue I am having is I don't know how to get the zendesk support ticket comments to come in to the case object, I am sure it's something simple I am missing but wanted to check with the community.
