Zendesk Talk configuration with mobile phone

    Hello Natalia,

    I'm sorry to hear about this. To my understanding, you are trying to answer calls for Zendesk Talk using your mobile phone? Can you please confirm if you have set up forwarding from Zendesk Talk to a personal or desk phone using this article How do I take calls on a personal or desk phone?

    I would recommend you to go through the article I linked above to make sure that it has been properly setup. 

    If this is not your case, could you clarify your question a bit for me? Any additional information you can provide is appreciated :)

    Hi Erika, 

    Thanks for your help. I did manage to answer a call for Zendesk Talk using my mobile phone - it was when I was in the UK and both numbers Zendesk Talk and my mobile phone are British. Now, I'm in Poland and it doesn't work work anymore although all the roaming options are on. Can you help please?

    Hi Natalia,

    Can you confirm if the international calling on your account is enabled? In order to forward calls to Poland or abroad. To enable international calling on your account, kindly have your account owner contact the Zendesk support team. Added fees will apply to the cost of international calls.

    If you're are using the call forwarding to mobile phone and pick-up calls abroad, the charges will depend on your mobile plan provider. Some providers aren't charging internationals calls, and some are. I would recommend you call your provider and check with them to see what's covered and what's not. Thanks! :)
