Im woking on a function that i need to get the user id on the templates, which request an api call is not an option for me, due to the business requirement.

i have tried help center templates object user, but i got error message saying when i try to get value from {{user.id}} on templates.

So i would like to ask what is the correct way of get an end user id without an api call?
