    Hi Kim,

    No, attachments aren't supported by SMS.

    Will Zendesk ever be able to support SMS?  It's kind of misleading, because right now in Support I can attach an image to a ticket that will be sent back to the customer via text message, except they never get it.  I feel like tickets that are text messages shouldn't allow attaching images if it isn't going to work.  I have employees who are sending images to customers without realizing this.

    Hey Kim,

    It's possible that the number you've set up for Text does not support images. If a number supports MMS, then you should see the following icon:

    If the number you're using doesn't have this icon, then your agents would need to send the image as a URL link instead.

    Interesting...I'm 99% certain we got our number from ZenDesk when we setup Talk.  Should that support MMS?

    Hey Kim,

    If you navigate to Admin>Channels>Talk and look at your list of numbers does it show this icon next to it? Some numbers Zendesk provides support MMS and others may not.

    Thanks for the update Kim. That would explain why you're unable to send images in your text messages. It may be worth searching for another Text number under Admin>Channels>Text that will allow MMS.
