I'm having real big issues getting consistent data.
I have dashboard set up which uses the 'Time' widget to easily select date ranges. Within the dashboard I have placed a simple query whose task it is to count the number of tickets tagged _other__voicemail.
When I then select a date range from the Time widget (e.g. 21/08/20 - 27/08/20), the total displayed to me in the dashboard is 9 tickets. However, if I type the following in Zendesk Support, I can see that the total tickets was actually 58:
- tags:_other__voicemail created>"2020-08-21" created<"2020-08-27"
Why is there this inconsistency between the data? Should I configure my query differently in Explore? The query set-up is super simple...COUNT(Tickets) + a filter to select tickets tagged _other__voicemail.
