Simple query is generating obviously incorrect data

    Hi Oliver! I'm wondering if perhaps the Time Filter widget is currently looking at a different metric (ex: Tickets Updated) rather than the Tickets Created metric.

    Would you mind double checking within the settings for that specific time filter widget to ensure that this widget is filtering the query by the Ticket Created date from the Support Tickets dataset?
