    Hi Taylor,

Since you are using a time-based attribute, you should be able to display hours with no tickets by going to Result manipulation > Time axis and clicking the Use time axis checkbox. It will only show 0 values between the earliest and latest hour a ticket has been created though, so based on your image it will show hours with no tickets between the hour or 3 and 18.

Marie-Cathrine Sørensen thanks, that does the trick! Can you let me know how to fix the formatting on the x-axis? As you can see, the hours of the day where we have tickets is a single-digit number and the hours of the day where we don't have tickets is a double-digit number (includes a 0). I just want consistency so don't care which option with go with as long as it's the same across the axis.

I tried looking into it and unfortunately, it doesn't seem like you can rename the values of the attribute without losing the time axis option and thereby the option to display timeslots with no data. I tried with Renamed sets but it sees the "new" set as a normal attribute, not a time attribute.
