Hi Andrew! An easy way to do this may be to use the Due Date automation. If you set a ticket to Type=Task, the option to set a date will come up. You can then use that to set the anniversary date. You'll need an automation that will send a notification that a date is coming up, similar to this

Some other options might include using an app to see all of the upcoming due dates. Or create a custom ticket date field. This would allow you to pull Explore reporting around that field and get requester contact information related to each.

    Hey Andrew,

This would be a neat use case for an app like Deadline from Sweethawk. We're using it to store a date/time on a ticket and you can setup triggers to take actions before, at and post deadline date as long as the ticket's not closed.

For example, you could create a ticket for each couple's wedding to centralize communication and put the wedding data as the deadline and then have rules to connect 3 months, 1 month and 1 week pre-deadline and then change ticket status or another attribute accordingly.
