Zendesk chat add count down reminder on agent side
Can we just put up a count down warning for each chat in Chat agent workspace?
because sometimes the agent may forget to answer the client in 2-3 minutes, it will remind them and more helpful

Background: Customer service did not reply to customer message in time within 2 minutes
Expected optimization:
1. After the customer sends the message, the system automatically marks the countdown timer for 2min to remind the customer service to reply in time
2. The customer service promises the customer to reply in 2min in the query information, and can mark the countdown to 2min actively to remind the customer service to reply in time
(The 2-minute duration is better to be customizable)
