    Zendesk allows for locales so you can create your Help Center (HC) in 3 languages:


    the nice thing is: if an article is translated only in ES and FR, it will not show up in the IT version of the Help Center.

    So you could do something like:

    • France: translate ABC into French
    • Italy: only translate E
    • Spain: only translate D

    Then, if you use the SDK and it follows the locale of the User's device (the default), or if you overwrite the locale via 


    They will only see articles in their Locale and not the others.

    Mind, you do need to translate sections and categories too!
