Want to filter out all tickets created by our team in explore, what filter so I use?

    I think you just need to identify how to distinguish these tickets from other tickets.  Are they assigned to a particular group?  Do they have public comments?  Are they created by agents?  If you can identify what makes then unique, you could just use a query filter to filter them out.  If you aren't sure how to filter out what you have identified, let me know more specifics and we can see what we can come up with.

    Otherwise, if these tickets basically have a response time of 0, you could use results manipulation to filter out values below a certain value (like the 0s).  Check out this article and watch the video on "metric filter": https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036324034-Calculation-types-Result-manipulation
