Export/Transfer Help Content to Another Site?
RespondidaWe are looking to have our Help Center information appear on another website or vice-versa.
I have considered using an iframe in our Help Center, but don't like the look of it that much.
Is it possible for the Help Center API to export the articles periodically to a specified location in a specific format?

Hey David,
The easiest solution would be for you to embed the web-widget into your website so users can search for content through the widget. The article I attached should provide some additional guidance on how to set this up.
AFAIK, we don't support iframing for security reasons so apologies for not being able to provide a solution there.
Let me know if you have any other questions!

For the web widget, I assume it is possible to disable any method to request assistance and only allow the browsing of articles?
Besides the web widget, have you seen any mention of a user creating/using an API to export/download articles into any format such as HTML periodically?

Hey David,
Yes you can disable the the other functionality within the Web-Widget by navigating to Admin>Channels>Widget and only have the Help Center option enabled.
I've not seen a way to accomplish this through the API but our documentation can be found here: Help Center API
You can use the API to export your articles if you'd like but would need to figure out a way to import it into your own website.
Hope this helps!
