"Some Talk features aren't available right now" error message.
We have started to get the following error message in talk:
"Some Talk features aren't available right now. You can still make and receive calls."
The features we don't see are Mute, Hold, and Transfer. Also, a ticket is not automatically generated when the call is answered.
Why does this happen and how can we prevent it in the future?

Hey Roger,
This most likely has something to do with a service incident on our end that has since been resolved. Can you confirm that Talk is functioning properly on your end?

Thank you for the response. I will ask everyone to let me know if they experience that error again. No one has mentioned it in a few days, so that's a good sign.
