How can i change the brand a user is associated with

    Hi Kristian,

    Thanks for reaching out! The brand that the popup is asking you for is with regard to the Welcome email and doesn't exactly stick with the user going forward. Users don't store brand info except in the case of multiple Help Centers where end-users specifically would have a different login for a different brand.

    If you do have individual Help Centers for each brand and need an end-user to access those, all that needs to happen is for them to create a ticket for any of those brands.
