Refunding and Cancelling Shopify Orders in Zendesk - US
We have been trying to figure out why the Refund and Cancellation options were not appearing in the side bar as mentioned during our demo. This was a function that was very appealing to our company as it would save a lot of time going back and forth between Zendesk and Shopify. After searching for the answers with no luck, a Zendesk Support person figured out that it is only available for Shopify UK and not Shopify US. Is there anyway we can please make it available for Shopify US?
