When we create a JIRA issue using the Zendesk plugin, the following bullet and line of text is auto-appended at the end:
- Please see Zendesk Support tab for further comments and attachments.
We do not appreciate this addition as our developers don't need nor want access to the Zendesk Support tab. We don't store any necessary information there.
There is currently no way to remove this automatic generated text from JIRA issues created via this Zendesk app. Except removing it manually after creating each issue, which is frustrating.
If not removed, the automatic Zendesk instruction confuses our developers and causes delay when processing issues created by the support team. It would be great if this text can be turned off or customized.
