Search chat by Visitor ID or Agent Name ??
I'm trying to figure out if I can use the search chat api endpoint with Agent ID or Visitor ID?
I see Agent Name and Visitor Name but no ID. What's the deal here? What if two agents have the same name or two visitors have the same name?
