Half of support tickets coming in with "no content"

    Hi NOAH HERNDON,

    The first step in troubleshooting this would be to see what's coming in exactly -- If you're referring to a ticket that's via Email, please pull one of these up and see what the Original Email looks like. Then we'll know what we're solving for :D
