    Hey Yawei,

    I did some testing on my end but I wasn't able to replicate this issue accessing my triggers. Are you able to do a quick browser refresh and clear you cache/cookies to see if that helps?

    Are other agents able replicate this on your account?

    I wonder if your account was changed from admin to regular agent right then?

    Role is still admin, I checked with other people, they can access it, but how come only I cannot, any special permission need to set?

    Hey Yawei,

    If you an admin on the account then you should definitely have access to the Triggers page. Do you have any browser extensions enable that could be causing this issue? Have you tested from an Incognito window using Chrome?
