    Hi MARIA,

    There could be something going on with your internet? Also I've noticed strange things happen if you have more than one Zendesk browser tab open at a time.

    Sorry to hear about the issues you're having with Zendesk Talk.

    There are some things we can suggest, however, I'd like to ask some questions to better focus our troubleshooting and suggestions:

    1. How many agents are experiencing this issue? Are they working from the same location?
    2. Are the affected computers connected to the network through WiFi or wired cable?
    3. Can you please clear the cache and cookies of your browser and see if the issue will persist?

    4. Can you also try using a different browser or an Incognito window to check if you'll still encounter the issue?

    Make sure that you have followed the article Talk network requirements and have the needed ports opened and implemented traffic prioritization for Zendesk Talk traffic.
