I would like to be able to allow specific agents to hide their Name/Alias, picture, and any other identifying information on specific ticket types.
For example, our end-users can reply to an account termination email and that will get piped to our account termination agent group in zendesk to reply. I would like the termination group to be able to respond anonymously to those tickets.
The catch is that the termination group also supports other ticket types - so I don't want to keep them anonymous for those tickets or have the agents in the termination group create an alias since that will carry to all ticket types.
I've tried everything I can think of and chatted with Zendesk Support, but they couldn't think of anything and suggested I ask the community!
Has anyone come up with a way to do this or something similar?
