    Hi Carlos,

    Support Admins have access to all views, so there isn't a way to hide them. For agents, views can be restricted to specific Groups, and then the agents will only see views accessible to groups they're a member of.

    I usually us Lovely Views, an app that expands on Zendesk Views capabilities so that you can have a visual of the hierarchy in a folder-like structure should you choose to set it up that way. Like this:
