Zendesk is excited to announce that we have launched dark mode in our Android Support mobile app. The update is live in the Google Play store which you can access here: Zendesk Support Mobile App If you already have the Android app installed, you should receive the update automatically. Please note that this is only compatible with phones that are running Android 10 and above.
This is by far one of the most requested features for our mobile teams in the past 12 months. We've heard from a lot of you from customer interviews, in app feedback and surveys that we've sent asking for this feature so we are delighted to release it.
For iOS users, we plan to introduce dark mode into the iOS Support app in H1 2022. We'll share more details closer to the time of launch.

To enable dark mode on the Support app
Dark mode will be enabled based on your android device theme preferences. If you have set this to dark, the dark theme will be enabled the next time you access the Support app. If you want to override your system preferences, you can do so by navigating to the Settings -> Theme and choosing your preferred option.
