Is there a way to auto import users from GSuite?

I am looking for a way to auto import user details into zendesk, eg org structure in Gsuite and office and contacts details.

I know I can do it manually with a CSV but I would like a way to automate this

    Hey Shane! While we don't have any native solutions with GSuite, I would recommend checking out the following to see if these would fit your needs:

    • You can use our APIs in order to automate the Bulk Update of Users: Create Or Update Many Users
    • If you use an IdP with GSuite, you can use SSO to create end-user profiles in Zendesk. Your SAML assertions can contain information about the user. For more information, see Enabling SAML single sign-on.
