Does zendesk provides customer related managent softwares?

I am running a small organization and i want to manage all of my customers through a software. I am confused which software is best for customer relationship management. Is Zendesk providing CRM related softwares. If anyone use CRM related software before then kindly share your experience with me. I am very thankful to you.

I've personally used Zendesk for that but seen others that prefer Salesforce for the CRM piece (which is a much higher $ point than I'd ever be willing to pay). It might help people to know what industry you're in and what you're looking for the CRM to do.

For that, I've personally used Zendesk, but I've read that others prefer Salesforce for the CRM component (at a price that is far more than I'd ever be prepared to pay). Knowing what industry you work in and what you want the CRM to accomplish could be helpful to others.
