High Importance Tasks

To differentiate normal tasks to high importance tasks, there should be the ability to view these tasks differently from normal set tasks. This could either be - highlighted in bold, with exclamation icons, or something to view these tasks as greater importance.

    Hello,

    To add, we use Zendesk Support as well so one quick fix could be adding a status (low, normal, urgent).
