Is there any way to create a mutilanguage glossary that will sort itself alphabetically?
RespondidaWe've got a glossary that is formatted just like Zendesk glossary, with alphabetical sorting:

If we translate the page into a different language, the order of terms is no longer alphabetical. Is there any lifehack to automatically reorder the terms on the translated page?
By the way, Zendesk help itself is plagued by this problem: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/de/articles/203661746-Zendesk-Glossar

Hi Yulia!
There's is no other way to reorder the translated messages other than setting them up properly into the translated article manually. You can translate the article content, but glossary page will be automatically translated and will follow the default language order.
In other words if the articles are translated, the order is still kept in the default language, and there is no way to make the translated articles to be arranged in the order of the translated language.
The order of the articles inside the section is fixed. From the top one to the last one, in order of appearance
(here's the link for the guideline: https://support.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/360001836368-Reordering-knowledge-base-content-within-categories-and-sections
I hope this helps!
